<br /> <br />Page 38 of 65 <br /> <br />6.3 Development Plan Alternatives Report <br />The Development Plan Alternatives Report will be created for use with Stakeholders at <br />facilitated meetings with Private Partners, Public Partners, and City Agencies to inform <br />recommendations for the Development Plan. <br /> <br />The Development Plan Alternatives Report will include: <br />• Alternatives for Development Plan Infrastructure <br />• Development Plan Alternatives <br />• Feasibility and Phasing Analysis and Recommendations <br />• Evaluation of Development Plan Alternatives <br />Deliverables: <br />• Admin Draft Development Plan Alternatives Report <br />• Final Development Plan Alternatives Report <br />6.4 Development Plan Alternatives Feedback Summary <br />The internal minutes from outreach around the Alternatives through facilitated meetings with <br />Private Partners, Public Partners, and City Agencies will be summarized to document <br />discussions and recommendations that will help guide the selection of a preferred alternative or <br />combined alternatives into a Development Plan.
