Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and <br />Denalect for Mulford Library Security Access Exhibit A <br />3 February 2025 <br />Page A of <br />Part 1: Intrusion Alarm System <br />Provide a complete and operational intrusion alarm system to match be compatible with systems used <br />on other City buildings. <br />The following equipment and materials are included in this scope of work: <br />One (1) Bosch Security alarm control panel <br />One (1)AES radio transmitter/communicator <br />One (1) Keypad <br />One (1) Alarm panel back up battery & power supply <br />Four (4) Door contacts (1 double door and 2 single doors) <br />Twelve (12) - Motion detectors per plans <br />Two (2) Zone expanders <br />One (1) Interior audible horn <br />Part 2: Access Control System <br />Provide a complete and operational door access control system. Complete all programming and changes to <br />the City central card reader software database for adding this new City facility. City will supply Denalect <br />with the necessary information regarding allowed users, access times, and door assignments. <br />The following equipment and materials are included in this scope of work: <br />Two (2) Pac K512 door controllers for 3 access doors <br />One (1) Door controller enclosure <br />One (1) Power supply <br />Three (3) Proximity card readers <br />Three (3) Request to exit devices (REX’s) <br />One (1) Back up batteries for controllers <br />Part 3 CCTV System <br />Provide a complete and operational security camera system, including the following: <br />Nine (9) new ‘Digital Watchdog’ cameras with the following criteria: MEGApix <br />Indoor/Outdoor Camera, 5 Megapixels 2.7-13.5mm autofocus varifocal Lens, 100ft Smart <br />IR, OnVIF Compliant. <br />Connect to a new Blackjack Network Video Recorder (NVR) with 20TB hard drive space <br />which will cover approximately 4 weeks of 24-hour recording. <br />Program NVR, focus cameras and coverage area of view with City Representative and <br />final test. <br />Provide and install NVR software on designated devices in cooperation with the City’s <br />Information Technology Staff. <br />The following equipment and materials are included in this scope of work: <br />Docusign Envelope ID: F191B670-64D7-40ED-A0D0-4D9205630497
