Non-Professional Services Agreement between May 28, 2024 City of San Leandro and ACCO Engineered Systems —Exhibit A Page 1 of 1 EXHIBIT A SCOPE OF SERVICES Lift Pump Can Procurement. Lift Pump Can and Pump Installation Project Overview – Procurement and installation of a like-for-like pump can, concrete kicker, soil backfill, shoring removal, concrete pedestal installation, pump installation, pump bolt up, copper drain line reconnection, and off haul/dispose of stockpiled soil • Procure like-for-like pump can, hardware, gaskets and, miscellaneous material (disposal of the original pump can is included) • Install the pump can in the previously excavated area of work utilizing the existing piping points of connection • Pour a concrete kicker at the base of the pump can • Backfill; the work area with recycled AB • Removal of the rental shoring • Installation of an 4’x4’x1’ concrete pedestal • Installation of the existing pump into the pump can • Pump bolt up to the existing piping points of connection • Reconnection of an existing copper drain line • Off haul and disposal of the old pump can, misc. materials • All stockpiled soil will either be relocated on site or off hauled to an approved disposal facility General Provisions and Clarifications: • All work is to be performed during normal working hours on a continuous working schedule coordinated with the customer. • Any repairs or modifications to the lift pump itself are excluded from this scope. • Electrical and pump startup are excluded and the responsibility of the customer. • Restoration of landscaping or surface areas disturbed during excavation is excluded unless explicitly stated otherwise. • Any unforeseen site conditions requiring additional work beyond the scope outlined are excluded and may incur additional costs. • Abatement, if found, is not included in the above scope of work. • Any items not specifically listed above are excluded. • ACCO will not be responsible for any pre-existing conditions which are not currently in compliance with local mechanical and electrical codes. • It is assumed that there is no permitting required for this effort.
