Supervision includes 5 business days of a Fluence representative <br /> <br />2. Commissioning and startup requirements are estimated to include: <br />a. Local operator <br />b. Delivery of 8,000 gallons of Nitrifying sludge (per reactor) to the site and discharging it to the <br />Aspiral L5 reactor <br />c.
