Introduction <br /> <br />This plan sets forth the salaries and benefits applicable to the City's Confidential employees. <br /> <br />Section 2. Confidential Classifications <br /> <br />The Confidential classifications covered by this compensation plan are listed as follows: <br /> <br />• Administrative Assistant I/II (as assigned to the City Manager’s Office, City Clerk’s <br />Office, and Human Resources Department) <br />• Administrative Technician (as assigned to the City Manager’s Office, City Clerk’s <br />Office, and Human Resources Department) <br />• Deputy City Clerk <br />• Executive Assistant to the City Manager <br />• Human Resources Analyst <br />• Human Resources Technician <br />• Payroll Specialist <br />• Police Recruit Trainee <br /> <br />Section 3. Pay <br /> <br />Effective January 1, 2025, the classifications determined to be below the market median based on <br />a total compensation survey shall receive an equity salary adjustment, which will be placement into <br />the closest salary range as reflected in Appendix A. <br /> <br />Following these equity adjustments, all represented classifications shall receive a wage increase, <br />retroactive to January 1, 2025, of six and one-half percent (6.5%), which is reflected in Appendix B <br />and includes the equity adjustments. <br /> <br />Additionally all classifications shall receive wage adjustments as follows: <br /> <br />A three and three-quarters percent (3.75%) across the board increase effective January 1, <br />2026 <br /> <br />A three and three-quarters percent (3.75%) across the board increase effective January 1, <br />2027 <br /> <br />A three and three-quarters percent (3.75%) across the board increase effective January 1, <br />2028 <br /> <br />A four percent (4%) across the board increase effective January 1, 2029. <br /> <br />
