IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2025- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONSULTING <br />SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ELB US INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $415,994 FOR THE COUNCIL <br />CHAMBERS AUDIO/VIDEO REFRESH PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City staff developed and released an open market Request for Proposals package; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City identified ELB US Inc. as the preferred vendor for the future Audio/Video installation <br />and implementation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the total cost for equipment and installation services is $415,994; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there is sufficient fund balance in the PEG Fund to cover equipment and installation costs; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council hereby amends the FY 2025-2026 Budget by approving the appropriation of <br />$415,994 from the PEG fund to cover the costs of the project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City Council is familiar with the contents of the agreements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreements. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br />That said agreements are hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized; and <br />That the City Manager is authorized to take all actions and execute all documents necessary to effect the <br />purpose and intent of this Resolution. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmember _______ and passed and adopted this XXth day of XXXX 2024, by the <br />following vote: <br /> <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> Kelly B.
