Caltrans <br />tributary area includes discharges from approximately 23 acres of I-880 drainage (of which 23 <br />acres are STGA). <br />The project involves initial engineering and geotechnical assessments, topographical survey, <br />boundary research, and utility locating, detailed design, environmental compliance, construction <br />of a diversion structure, installation of the TCD, disposal of excavated soil, and reconstruction of <br />disturbed portions of the site. <br /> <br />
