Staff has <br />determined that the current fee schedule has three discrepancies, and should be amended to <br />correct minor omissions and clerical errors. <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the City Council consider public testimony and adopt by resolution the <br />following proposed amendments to the Community Development Department's Building and <br />Safety Services and Planning Services Divisions portions of the fee schedule for fiscal year 2007- <br />08: <br /> <br />1. Reinsert a $4.00 fee under per motor Building and Safety Services Division for Electrical <br />Permits for motors for up to and including one horse power. <br />2. Correct Class C Roofs Issuance fee under Building and Safety Services Division for <br />valuations of $50,000 or greater. <br />3.
