THE MAP IS A PART OF THE SAN LEANDRO <br />CROSSINGS PROJECT, SITE PLAN REVIEW PERMIT PLN2008-00030 WHICH IS A 200 <br />UNIT HOUSING PROJECT LOCATED AT THE SITE OF THE SAN LEANDRO BART <br />PARKING LOT ON SAN LEANDRO BOULEVARD AND WEST JUANA AVENUE <br />APPROVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON JULY 9 2009. (APPLICANT: <br />WESTLAKE DEVELOPMENT PARTNERS, LLC). APN 075-0039-007-05 <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />That the City Council take the following actions with respect to the proposed Cornerstone at San <br />Leandro Crossings project: <br />l) Approve a Motion certifying a Mitigated Negative Declaration and associated Mitigation <br />Monitoring Program for PLN2008-00030 as complete and in compliance with CEQA at <br />1400 San Leandro Boulevard Alameda County Assessor's Parcel Number 075-0039-007- <br />05; Westlake Development Partners, LLC (applicant). <br />2) Adopt aResolution approving findings for Vesting Tentative Map Tract 7999; PLN2008- <br />00030;1400 San Leandro Boulevard Alameda County Assessor's Parcel Number 075- <br />0039-007-05 Westlake Development Partners, LLC (applicant). <br />The item for City Council action is for approval of the Vesting Tentative Map and Mitigated <br />Negative Declaration for a 200 unit condominium project at 1400 San Leandro Boulevard <br />(existing BART parking lot). <br />Planning Commission and City Council previous actions include: <br />• The Alameda, approved by the Planning Commission on January 22, 2009 and by the <br />City Council on March 2, 2009. <br />
