• <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY OF DUBLIN, <br /> THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND <br /> THE ALAMEDA COUNTY FIRE DISTRICT <br /> REGARDING THE JOINT OWNERSHIP OF <br /> A 1994 LTI TRUCK <br /> THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 1st day of April 1999, <br /> which date is designated for purposes of reference only, by and between the <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY FIRE DISTRICT ("ACFD") (also known as the "Alameda <br /> County Fire Department"), a dependent special district of the County of Alameda <br /> and political subdivision of the State of California, and the CITY OF DUBLIN <br /> ("Dublin"), a municipal corporation, and the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO ("San <br /> Leandro"), a chartered municipal corporation (together "Parties" and individually <br /> "Party"). <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. Fire and emergency response services within Dublin are provided by <br /> ACFD under a contract effective on July 1, 1997 ("Dublin/ACFD Agreement"). <br /> B. Fire and emergency response services within San Leandro are provided <br /> by ACFD under a contract effective on July 1, 1995 ("San Leandro/ACFD <br /> Agreement"). <br /> C. Dublin owns a 1994 LTI fire truck, Vehicle Identification Number <br /> 4S7AT9DO6SC015273 and that apparatus and equipment for said fire truck <br /> identified in Exhibit 1 hereto (together the truck, apparatus and equipment are <br /> "Truck"). <br /> D. Dublin desires to sell a partial interest in Truck to ACFD and San <br /> Leandro. Dublin desires to maintain a partial interest in Truck in order that Dublin <br /> may continue to use Truck as a Reserve Truck. <br /> E.
