• Tree prunings and branches up to 6 inches in diameter must be tied in bundles not longer <br />than 4 feet <br />• In addition to large furniture items and white goads, the maximum each residence may <br />dispose of is 2 cubic yards (approximately 1 fi trash bags or 3' x 3' x 6'). <br />• Up to 4 unmounted passenger tires allowed per Single Family Residence. <br />• No single item that cannot be handled by two people will be accepted. <br />• The following items will not be picked up: Hazardous Waste, concrete or dirt <br />The Contractor shall record by the weight (in tons) all of the Solid Waste collected. <br />I. Warning Notice. The Contractor may refuse to collect Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials or <br />Green Waste and shall not be obligated to continue to provide service to any Customer who, after <br />a minimum of two warnings, fails to properly set out the materials. The Contractor shall maintain <br />records for a period of twenty-four (24) months of such warnings and shall notify the City within <br />three (3) days. <br />J. Marketing and Sale of Recyclable. Materials. The Contractar shall be responsible for marketing <br />and selling all Recyclable Materials collected pursuant to this Agreement. <br />K. Receptacles. The Contractor shall provide Carts free of charge in the size of service <br />requested by the Customer, for Solid Waste, Recyclables and Green Waste. The Contractor shall <br />maintain an adequate supply of replacement Carts, including waste oil containers, throughout the <br />term of this Agreement to provide for new residents, or to reasonably replace those lost, stolen, <br />broken or faded. Within reason, the Contractar shall provide unlimited Carts for Recyclables and <br />Green Waste. <br />L. Revenues Generated from Recyclables, Any revenues generated from the sale of Recyclables <br />shall be retained by the Contractor. <br />M. Monitoring Records. The Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining information and <br />records adequate to determine participation rates and setout rates by percent, estimated weight of <br />each commodity diverted from the land611 and other information required by the City. <br />0. Annual Leaf Program. The City may annually provide leaf bags for the purpose of leaf <br />collection from the property of alt customers in heavily treed areas. The leaf bags shall be <br />collected by the Contractor as part of the Recycling Service on the same day as that Customer's <br />scheduled Recycling Services. <br />P. Annual Holiday Tree Collection. The Contractor shall collect holiday trees during the first two <br />(2) weeks of January each year without additional charge to City or Customers.
