becoming overloaded. In the event the Customer's container is consistently overloaded the <br />Contractor may petition the City to enforce the relevant health and safety regulations. Recyclable <br />collection service shall be as frequent as agreed to by Customer and Contractor. <br />C. Hours of Collection. Collections shall begin no earlier than 3:00 a.m. and shall cease no later <br />than 3:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, except if within two hundred (200) feet of residential <br />properties, collection of Commercial Solid Waste and Recyclable Materials shall begin no earlier <br />than 6:00 a.m. or cease no later than 3:00 p.m. In the case of an emergency, missed pickup or <br />unforeseen circumstance, collection may be permitted at a time not allowed by this paragraph <br />provided the Contractor has received prior written approval by the City Representative. No <br />Collection shall occur on Sundays or Holidays except in a time of emergency, or to maintain a <br />regular schedule due to Holidays recognized by the Contractor. Special pickups may be <br />requested by Customers at additional cost at Special Charge rates. <br />D. Point of Pickup. Commercial Customers shall accumulate Solid Waste and Recyclable <br />Materials at locations mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Contractor and which are <br />convenient for Collection by the Contractor. Where mutual agreement is not reached, the City <br />Representative shall designate the location. <br />The Contractor may charge Customers for Special Charges including extra pickups, "gate <br />charges," and "roll-out charges" and other special services. <br />E. Receptacles. Commercial establishments may use any Containers for accumulation of Solid <br />Waste and Recyclable Materials mutually agreed upon between the Contractor and the Customer. <br />The cost or rental charge for Solid Waste Containers shall be included in the monthly Solid Waste <br />Rate charged to the Customer and the Contractor shall provide any Containers as may be needed. <br />Commercial Solid Waste or Recyclable Materials Customers may elect to use compactor collection <br />equipment Compactor equipment may be owned by the Customer or leased from the Contractor <br />or any other source provided that the compactor Container is compatible with the Contractor's <br />collection vehicles. <br />F. Method of Invoicing for Commercial_Colle~tion Services. The Contractor shall invoice for <br />Commercial Solid Waste and Recyclable Materials services on the basis of the Rate Schedule. <br />4.10 DEBRIS BOX GOLLECTION SERVICES <br />A. Scone. The Contractor shall collect and dispose of all Solid Waste generated by Commercial <br />or residential customers and/or other generators within the City who elect to use Debris Box <br />containers at Rates established in the Rate Schedule or as Special Charges. <br />B.
