changes in operation, market factors, publicity conducted, needs for publicity. Include description of <br />processed material loads rejected for sale, reason for rejection and disposition of load after rejection. <br />F. Modification of Reports. The Parties may from time to time mutually agree upon modifications <br />to the foregoing quarterly reporting in order to insure that the date provided is relevant to the City's <br />administration of this Agreement and to insure that information which is not necessary therefor be deleted. <br />9.3 ANNUAL REPORTING <br />Company prepared annual reports shall be submitted no later than August 15`h for the previous Fiscal Year. <br />Annual reports shall be submitted in hard copy, and shall be provided electronically in a software and <br />medium reasonably acceptable to the City. The annual report shall summarize the numerical information <br />contained in the quarterly reports. In addition, the annual reports should include: <br />1. A summary of the prior Fiscal Years monthly Franchise Fee payments and revenue <br />neutrality payments. <br />2. Account data submitted in hard copy, including the number of accounts, account names <br />and addresses of collection locations per each service category shall be provided electronically in a <br />software and medium reasonably acceptable to the City. <br />3. An updated complete inventory of collection and major processing equipment including <br />stationary, rolling stock and collection Containers by type and size. <br />4. Public education update required in 5.2.C. including public education and information <br />activities undertaken during the year, including distribution of bill inserts, collection notification tags, <br />community information and events, tours and other activities related to the provision of Franchise Services <br />and discuss the impact of these activities on Solid Waste, Recycling and Green Waste participation and <br />amounts collected. <br />5. An analysis of any Recycling collection, processing and marketing issues or conditions <br />(such as participation, setouts, contamination, etc) and possible solutions. <br />9.4 ADDITIONAL REPORTING <br />The Contractor shall furnish the City with any additional data and/or reports as may reasonably be required <br />to set forth all information required by the City or other regulatory agencies including but not limited to any <br />Recycling or Green Waste activities. These reports shall be prepared and submitted in the form specified <br />by the City. <br />9.5 OTHER RELATED REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Waste Characterization Studies.
