<br />2.4.31 The Consultant shall submit for City backcheck. <br />2.4.32 The Consultant shall assist the City in the preparation of the necessary bidding <br />information, bidding forms, the Conditions of the Contract, and the form of <br />Agreement between the City and the Contractor. <br />2.4.33 The Consultant shall advise the City of any adjustment to previous Statements of <br />Probable Construction Costs indicated by changes in requirements or general <br />market conditions. <br />2.4.34 The Consultant shall assist the City in connection with the City's responsibility <br />for filing documents required for the approval of governmental authorities having <br />jurisdiction over the Project. <br /> <br />Deliverab les: <br /> <br />Fourteen (14) Meetings with PMT <br />Four (4) Meetings with the Advisory Committee <br />Plans, specifications, and estimates at DD, 70% CD, 90% <br />CD and final Construction Documents, Specifications, and <br />updated Statement of Probable Construction Cost in hard <br />copy and electronic. <br /> <br />Meetings: <br /> <br />2.5 Furniture Design <br />2.5.1 The Consultant shall provide all normal and customary services required to prepare <br />the Furniture package and other services described below. Services include: <br />2.5.1 Schematic design ofFFE package. <br />2.5.1 Design Development ofFFE package. <br />2.5.1 Bid Document preparation ofFFE package <br />2.5.1 Assistance during the FFE packages bid phase(s). <br />2.5.2 Furniture Scope: The Consultant shall provide design through bidding services for: <br />2.5.1 Office and workroom furniture. <br />2.5.1 Program room(s) furniture. <br />2.5.1 Outdoor furniture at entry and patio. <br />2.5.1 Multi-purpose room furniture. <br />2.5.3 The Consultant's Services shall include but not be limited to: <br />2.5.1 The Consultant shall guide the client towards making a decision on the <br />manufacturer and type of furniture system to be used. This may include <br />leading client tours to various dealers and presenting analysis of the pros and <br />cons for up to three options. <br />2.5.1 The Consultant shall further define, refine and revise furniture layouts to <br />meet project requirements. Present these to the client and revise as required <br />to receive client approval. <br />2.5.1 The Consultant shall prepare detailed functional furniture specifications <br />suitable for competitive bidding. These will describe all functional and <br />aesthetic requirements including but not limited to furniture manufacturer, <br />specified items, finishes and fabric. <br />2.5.1 The Consultant shall present two families of option that represent alternative <br />approaches to meet the project goals. These options shall be illustrated with <br />samples, cut sheets and images from other projects.
