Once plan implementation has begun, continue <br />outreach and education activities. <br /> <br />Strategy L-3-B; Educate elected officials, City and County agencies, business leaders, <br />and civic, faith, and community groups about extremely low-income <br />Alameda County residents who have significant housing and support <br />service needs as a result of experiencing, or being at risk of, <br />homelessness and/or living with HIV/AIDS, chemical dependency, <br />and mental illnesses, as well as about programs successfully serving <br />these populations in Alameda County. <br /> <br />Strategy L-3-C: Communicate how all Alameda County residents can playa role in <br />ending homelessness and ensuring that appropriate housing and <br />support services are available for all in the communities where they <br />live. Invite people to participate in plan implementation, utilizing <br />local and regional media. Once plan implementation has begun, <br />continue outreach and education activities. <br />
