Phase 2 construction is estimated to cost $2.2 million (includes contingencies and <br />construction support) and will be funded by the City of San Leandro Redevelopment Agency <br />. The Port of Oakland will contribute approximately $270,000 for tree installation and fence <br />improvement along the Metropolitan Golf Course <br />. Public Works Services has estimated that this project will increase San Leandro's annual <br />maintenance costs by $25,000 <br /> <br />Bud2et Authority <br /> <br />.
