<br />H. The Consultant will facilitate communication between the Agency, the developer, and <br />the occupant when the development project is complete and the building receiving <br />applications for new occupants. <br /> <br />I. The Consultant will coordinate the payment of all relocation claims with the <br />Agency's accounting department or the appropriate staff person. <br /> <br />J. The Consultant will maintain accurate records and document each file with copies of <br />correspondence, relocation claims and diary notes. Upon completion of term, <br />Consultant will provide Agency with complete files for each household. <br /> <br />K.
