<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2.1 The DISTRICT will provide the following management, facility and <br />human resource services for the entire term of this MOD: <br />2.1.1 A daily snack for every student enrolled in the program; <br />2.1.2 Adequate space for the number of participants attending at each <br />site; <br />2.1.2.1 Should the primary space at a particular site become <br />unavailable due to school activity or similar event the <br />CITY will use the predetermined secondary space as the <br />program site for the duration of the school event. The <br />secondary space will be comparable to the primary <br />space. <br />2. 1. 3 Daily custodial services for each space and / or classroom used by <br />the program; <br />2.1.4 Administrative functions surrounding the enrollment, fee <br />assignment, data management, and communication with <br />participants and potential participants. Specifically the DISTRICT <br />will: <br />2.1.4.1 Create and maintain the program enrollment packet, <br />parent information handbook, registration forms, release <br />of liability waiver, emergency card, fee verification letter <br />and any communications with parents/legal guardians <br />and participants of the program; <br />2.1.4.2 Create and administer a sliding fee schedule; <br />2.1.4.3 Draft communications when necessary or appropriate to <br />inform participants and their families of changes or <br />other important information regarding the program; <br />2.1.5 Hire and recruit DISTRICT personnel that meet the educational <br />literacy requirements of the grant; <br />2.1.6 Seek out and coordinate other contractors to provide additional <br />types of educational enrichment. <br /> <br />3 Services Provided bv the CITY: <br />3.1 The CITY will provide the following management and human resource <br />services to the DISTRICT and School Sites for the entire term of this <br />MOD: <br />3.1.1 All depository and accounting procedures necessary to legally <br />track the collection of program fees; <br />3.1.2 Payroll, benefits program, workers compensation and <br />management for all ASES program staff members employed by <br />the CITY to be reimbursed by the DISTRICT; <br />3.1.3 Personnel supervision and discipline for all ASES program staff <br />members employed by the CITY; <br />3.1.4 The CITY will maintain a ratio of students to employee of 20: 1 or <br />less; <br />3.1.5 It is expressly agreed that the CITY shall have no authority to <br />make any contract or binding promise of any nature on behalf of <br />the DISTRICT, whether oral or written, without the express <br />written consent of the DISTRICT. <br />
