Matter of Pxoposed Amendments to Title 6, Chapter 4 of the San Leandro <br />Administrative Code Relating to City Fees in Community Development Department's <br />Building and Safety Services and Planning Services Divisions for Fiscal Year 2007- <br />08. <br />This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above matter, City Manager <br />Jermanis gave background on the item and introduced Interim Community <br />Development Director Luke Sims. Mr. Sims described the various corrections to the fee <br />schedule proposed for adoption. <br />The Hearing was then opened to the public. <br />There being no comments from the public, and without objection, the Public Hearing <br />was closed. <br />• Resolution No. 2007-123, Resolution Amending Title 6, Chapter 4 of the San <br />Leandro Administrative Code Relating to City Fees in Community Development <br />Department's Building and Safety Services and Planning Services Divisions for <br />Fiscal Year 2007-08 (makes minor corrections to existing fee schedule for the <br />Community Development Department).
