C. ' Compressed gas cylinders and tanks shall be secured to prevent falling due to <br />contact, vibration or seismic activity. See Uniform Fire Code X7401.6.4 for <br />acceptable securing methods. Cylinders can also be stored outside in secure gated <br />and locked enclosures with the exempt amounts listed in the Uniform Fire Code <br />Table 8001.15C. <br />D. Flammable gases quantities and oxidizing gases quantities shall comply with <br />exempt amounts per control area as per Uniform Fire Code Table 8001.15-A. <br />E. All hazardous waste generated on site shall be handled and disposed of pursuant <br />to applicable local, state and federal law. <br />F. Should the type and quantity of refrigerant require meeting the statutory <br />requirement of the California Accidental Release Program (CaIARP) and/or <br />Federal Risk Management Program (FedRMP), the program elements time lines <br />shall be met and the program in place prior to charging the new system. <br />G. Any Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) or California Air <br />Resources Board (GARB) permits required for the refrigerant, diesel generator, <br />diesel AST, diesel powered condensers and/or any other equipment on site shall <br />be active prior to issuance of final Certificate of Occupancy. <br />H. A Storm Water Structural Treatment Best Management Practices (BMP) <br />Operation & Maintenance Data Form shall be completed and submitted to the <br />Engineering Division prior to finaling of the grading pernit. <br />I. The installation of processes and/or equipment on an outdoor pad may place the <br />facility into the IndustriaUCommercial Facility Stormwater program and require <br />submittal of a Notice of Intent (NOI) to the Regional Water Quality Control <br />Board. The elimination of exposure to stormwater by relocating indoors, covering <br />or utilizing other engineered controls is highly recommended. If an NOI filing is <br />required it shall be submitted prior to finaling of the building pernit or issuance <br />of Certificate of Occupancy. <br />VIII. FENCING AND SCREENING REQUIREMENTS <br />A. All fencing and walls on the project site shall he structurally sound, graffiti- free <br />and well maintained at all times. <br />B. Barbed or razor wire shall not be installed on any fence, wall, or building on the <br />project site. <br />C. Electrical transformers shall be vaulted underground. In the event that the <br />transformer cannot be undergrounded, rt shall be screened froim view consistent <br />with the access requirements of PG&E.
