2. Incentive Applications <br />Siemens shall Assist the City in obtaining Self-Generation Incentive Program (SGIP) <br />incentive and will provide a completed SGIP application to the City for signature and <br />delivery to the SGIP program administrator. <br />A. Self Generation Incentive Program Application Process <br />1) Review current Self Generation Incentive Program (SGIP) requirements; <br />2) Complete SGIP Reservation Request and pay fees; <br />3) Create and submit required SGIP documentation, including: <br />a. Proof of Utility Service; <br />b. Electrical System Sizing; <br />c. System Description; <br />d. Incentive Calculation; <br />e. Waste Heat Recovery Calculation; <br />£ Power Factor Letter; <br />g. Emissions Qualification; <br />4) Review Waste Gas Utilization (WGLI) with Utility (SGIP) engineering contractor, <br />including: <br />a. Calculate and verify waste gas production; <br />b. Calculate and verify waste gas utilization; <br />c. Conduct site visit to verify gas volume and utilization; <br />5) Review WHU (Waste Heat Utilization) with Utility engineering contractor, <br />including: <br />a. Thermal flow Diagram; <br />b. Thermal demand side analysis; <br />c. Coordinate site visit; <br />6) Create and submit Proof of Project Advancement (PPA) documentation, <br />including: <br />a. Three copies of signed SGIP contract; <br />b. Proof ofinsurance -Additional insured certification; <br />c. Copy of completed GFIA; <br />d. Copy of executed customer installation agreement; <br />e. Project cost breakdown; <br />£ Copy of BAAQMD application for Authority to Construct (ATC); <br />7) Create and submit SGIP Incentive Claim documentation, including: <br />a. Utility Proof of Authorization to Operate in Parallel; <br />b. Final Building Inspection Report; <br />c. Proof of three year O&M warranty; <br />d. Substantiation of Load; <br />e. Copy of BAAQMD Permit to Operate (PTO); <br />£ Planned Maintenance Coordination letter. <br />8) Provide SLIP oversight until incentive check is issued. <br />WPCP Cogeneration 090808 -Page 34 of 60 <br />
