The estimated total cost of the project is approximately $9,000,000. <br />Budget Authority <br />The Port continues to advance funds to the City to cover the cost of the program. <br />Contractual Services Agreement (CSA) amendment with C. Kell-Smith & Associates, for an additional <br />$130,745 and not to exceed $2,301,350 to provide noise insulation measures to the remainder of <br />the origina1200 homes. <br />
