2512 Davis Funding CM Auth 3 May 4, 2009 Previous City Council/Redevelopment Agency Action(s) • On March 23, 2009, at the Closed Session of Council, the City Council agreed to negotiate with the property owner concerning acquisition • On January 16, 2007, by Resolution No. 2007-002, the City Council passed an ordinance establishing right-of-way lines for Eden Road from Doolittle Drive to Davis Street • On December 18, 2006, by Resolution No. 2006-135, the City Council approved the Resolution of Intention to Establish Right -of -Way Lines (Eden Road from Doolittle Drive to end, and an extension of Business Center Drive from Davis Street to Eden Road) and Set the Public Hearing date for January 16, 2007 • On July 19, 2005, by Resolution Nos. 2004-121 and 2004-016 RDA Eden Road was to be acquired • On July 19, 2004, by Minute Order No. 2004-019 Eden Road Ad Hoc Committee was formed City Council and/or Redevelopment Agency Committee Review and Action • Eden Road Ad Hoc Committee reviewed alternatives and recommended alignment • The West San Leandro Redevelopment Advisory Committee, which was disbanded in 2008, discussed and supported previous actions for the acquisition of Eden Road right-of-way in 2005 and 2006 Applicable General Plan Policy Action 17.05-A: West San Leandro Road Improvements: Improvement and extension of Eden Road west and south to Davis Street Permits and/or Variances Granted Not Applicable Environmental Review • This project is Categorically Exempt Code Compliance Review Not Applicable Board/Commission Findings • Planning Commission Meeting --October 12, 2006, Minutes for Agenda 06-19 - Motion to find the Eden Road Plan Line in Conformance with the City's General Plan, and to Forward to the City Council with a Recommendation for Approval.
