There shall be a maximum of six (6) progress meetings with City throughout the Project duration. Task 1.4 -Monthly Progress Reporting Contractor shall prepare monthly progress reports. For each monthly report, Contractor shall prepare a brief Project status report summarizing the work accomplished, the status of work in progress, an updated project schedule, and any foreseeable problems with meeting the schedule or budget. Progress Reports shall be delivered to the City by the second Tuesday of each month for the duration of the Agreement. Task LS -Design Development Contractor shall supervise and monitor the design development of the Project team throughout the Project. Task 1 Deliverables Project Schedule and Budget Monthly Progress Reports Project meeting minutes Copies of all correspondence with the Project team and all external parties Task 2: Data Research /Preliminary Investigations Contractor shall gather survey data, and collect and review available record drawings of Project Area. Contractor shall provide an aerial base in NAD 83 covering the project limits. Task 21 -Data Collection and Review Contractor shall collect and review available reports, design drawings, and record drawings for the Project. Contractor shall use information from existing reports and drawings, field verifying as required to insure accuracy, in the development of the project geometric alternatives. Task 2.2 -Existing °ght of Way and Access Control Lines Contractor shall establish the existing interchange/roadway right of way and access control lines.
