Housing Element Adoption 2010 <br />April 5, 2010 <br />Commisioner's comments have been noted, but no edits have been proposed. The <br />recommendations were raised during the City Council's deliberations during the proposed <br />Woodside Apartments conversion and are only intended for "consideration" when the <br />Ordinance is updated. <br />Summary of Public Outreach Efforts <br />In addition to the extensive outreach conducted for the Housing Element Update, legal <br />requirements for notification of this meeting included publication of a legal notice in the Daily <br />Review and posting of the meeting agenda at City Hall a minimum of 72 hours in advance of the <br />meeting date. Notification of this meeting included the mailing of 125 written notices and the <br />sending of approximately 150 e-mails to interested persons who had requested that they be <br />notified.
