Sewer and wastewater treatment fee increase 3 June 21, 2010 Implementation of the recommended fees also requires a resolution amending Title 12, Chapter 5 of the San Leandro Administrative Code to eliminate language relating to the demand charge in the Uniform Wastewater Discharge Regulations. Current City Council Policy N/A Previous City Council Action(s) On November 19, 2007 by Resolution No. 2007-143, the City Council authorized the City Manager to execute a real property agreement for property required for the Water Pollution Control Plant Rehabilitation Project. On December 3, 2007 by Resolution No. 2007-147, the City Council approved an agreement with Municipal Financial Services to provide a sewer rate study On April 19, 2010 by Resolution No. 2010-042, the City Council authorized the City Manager or his designee to mail the required notice of proposed sewer and wastewater treatment rate increases and notice of public hearing in accordance with the requirements of Proposition 218. City Council Committee Review and Action The City Council Facilities and Transportation Committee met on March 9, 2010 and forwarded its recommendation of the Plant Rehabilitation Project and associated rate increase to the full Council.
