DBA Climatech for the Buildings Management <br />System Project (provides for new systems with greater ability to control individual <br />zones of lighting and heating, ventilation, and cooling [HVAC]). Cost: Not to exceed <br />$256,357, funded through the federal Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant <br />[EECBG]. <br /> <br /> <br />E.Resolution of Intention Calling for a Public Hearing to Establish an Underground Utility <br />District on Eden Road from Doolittle Drive to Davis Street, and Setting the Date for a <br />Public Hearing on January 3, 2011 (schedules a public hearing for the establishment of <br />an Underground Utility District). <br /> <br /> <br />F.Resolution Authorizing the Reimbursement of Funding Received Under Funds <br />Advanced to the City Pursuant to a State Revolving Fund Financing Agreement with the <br />State Water Resources Control Board [SWRCB] for the Water Pollution Control Plant <br />[WPCP] Rehabilitation Project, Project No. 593-52-239 (authorizes the reimbursement <br />of State Revolving Fund financing for the construction of upgrades to the WPCP). <br /> <br /> <br /> 9.
