Resolution Approving a Consulting Services Agreement with Applied Materials & <br />Engineering, Inc. [AME] Related to the Estudillo Callan 2008 Parking Garage Project, <br />Project No. 08- 962 -86 -067 (provides for special inspection services through the <br />constriction phase of the subject project). Cost: $111,121. <br />F. Resolution Authorizing Negotiation of a Sole Source with Public Restroom Company <br />for the Purchase of a Pre - Fabricated Restroom for the Toyon Park Restroom <br />Replacement Project, Project No. 210 -62 -008 (provides for field test to determine the <br />suitability of a product for future use in accordance with California Public Contract <br />Code Section 3400). <br />G.
