Seismic impacts associated with the Housing Element were previously evaluated in the Initial Study for
tht project adopted in April 20 10. Seismic hazards were also evaluated by the General Plan EIR certified in 2002. There
would be no further impacts associated with amending the General Plan to ensure consistency with the TOD Strategy and
Housing Element. The Amendment would not directly result in development of any specific site or construction of a
particular project (applies to (i), (ii), (iii), (iv)).
(b) Erosion and soil loss impacts were previously evaluated by the TOD Strategy EIR and Housing Element Initial Study.
There would be no additional impact associated with the General Plan consistency amendments.
TOD and Housing Element General Plan Consistency Amendments January 2011 " Page 10
