Schedule: Four weeks for completion following issuance of Notice to Proceed. <br /> Deliverables(to be posted on secure cloud site): <br /> • Project Goals as they relate to SLPD organizational goals, City's EOC, etc. <br /> • Project Program Summary Table <br /> • Bubble Diagram <br /> • Meeting notes <br /> • Summary material in pdf form <br /> STEP#2–TECHNICAL BUILDING ASSESSMENT <br /> Consultant shall review documentation available for South Offices Building and Police Department Building <br /> and conduct technical tour of buildings with mechanical, electrical, and security consultants. <br /> Scope of work shall also include: <br /> • Preparation of general evaluation of the major systems of each building relating to this project, their <br /> suitability for the intended use and their likely conformance with code including those requirements <br /> for Essential Service Buildings and accessibility as applicable. <br /> • Meeting with City's Chief Building Official and discuss code compliance issues <br /> • Assess potential for South Offices Building and Police Department Building to support the <br /> expansion program and identify any major categorical remodel work such as those listed in the <br /> following categories: building interior walls and finishes, accessibility and code compliance, normal <br /> and emergency power, uninterruptible power supply(UPS), data/telecommunications, IT server <br /> rooms, HVAC, plumbing, access control and security electronics including CCTV surveillance. <br /> • Identify parking spaces available and any constraints or impact on building planning. <br /> • Prepare CAD files of site and floor plan layouts suitable to proceed with layout work for South <br /> Offices Building and first floor of the SLPD Building. <br /> Note: Evaluation will be based on review of existing documentation, site observations and general <br /> engineering principles. Level of detail will be commensurate with the feasibility nature of this study. Detailed <br /> or extensive engineering calculations, hazmat consulting, testing of materials, radio tower and radio <br /> communications special study services are not anticipated to be needed, but may be done as additional <br /> services. <br /> Step 2 includes one tour and inspection of the South Offices Building and Police Department Building, and <br /> one meeting with City of San Leandro Chief Building Official. <br /> Schedule: Three weeks for completion after Step#1. <br /> City to Provide: As-built drawings of SLPD building and South Offices <br /> Deliverables(to be posted on secure cloud site): <br /> • CAD site and floor plan drawings of South Offices Building and first floor of Police Department <br /> Building. <br /> • Meeting notes, photos from site tour and inspections. <br /> Consulting Services Agreement between October 22, 2013 <br /> City of San Leandro and INDIGO Architects—Exhibit A Page 17 of 24 <br />
