Amoroso for work at the WPCP <br />• On July 5, 2011, by Resolution No. 2011-0135, the City Council appropriated funds from <br />the WPCP Enterprise Fund for construction work at the WPCP <br />• On July 5, 2011, by Resolution No. 2011-0136, the City Council appropriated funds from <br />the State Revolving Fund for construction work at the WPCP <br />Applicable General Plan Policies <br />52.04 Maintain efficient, environmentally sound, and cost-effective wastewater collection and <br />treatment services in San Leandro. <br />Permits and/or Variances Granted <br />Reuse of the soil on site, if feasible, will require an amendment to our existing permit from the <br />State Water Resources Control Board. <br />Environmental Review <br />Removal of the soil from the site is included within the existing project scope and is <br />categorically exempt per CEQA section 15301(a). <br />Reuse of the soil on site, if permitted, is an expansion of the project scope and is categorically <br />exempt per CEQA Section 15304(a) because the work consists of a minor alteration to the <br />condition of the land, will be done on land with a slope of less than 10 percent, and will not <br />involve removal of trees or work in any wetland, scenic area, or Alquist-Priolo Earthquake <br />Fault Zone. <br />Fiscal Impacts <br />City of San Leandro Page 2 Printed on 1114/2014 <br />
