The total expense to <br /> complete the projects proposed for 2015 will not exceed $133,000. Future project <br /> appropriations will be requested at such time that adequate CIP funds are accumulated. <br /> The Shoreline Enterprise Fund (SEF) is supported by the Golf Course and other Marina <br /> operating entities. As of June 30, 2014, the fund's net position totaled ($2.1) million. The <br /> deficit has accumulated over many years in spite of the transfer of the profitable golf course <br /> assets in 2003 pursuant to the City's lease with AGC.
