Rincon will assist with development of a distribution list and program and will be responsible for distribution to the County Clerk and State Clearinghouse. During the 30- day NOP review period, Rincon will design and lead an EIR Scoping Meeting as part of a Planning Commission meeting. Rincon will provide written and visual materials, including staff report, meeting agendas, sign-in sheets, comment sheets, and a PowerPoint presentation. • Administrative Draft EIR.
