<br /> <br />61 SECTION 3: RESPONSE REQUIREMENTS | 2014_0122 <br /> <br />A RESPONSE REQUIREMENTS: BUSINESS M <br />= <br />MANDATORY <br />MEETS <br />UNDERSTAND & <br />WILL COMPLY? <br />14 <br />GEOGRAPHIC OFFERING. While the primary purpose of this solicitation is to select a Responders who can offer all <br />products and services within a band for all Participating States, to encourage small business participation Responders <br />are permitted to submit a proposal on more limited geographical areas. <br />Clearly describe the geographical limits (e.g. by State name) if proposing a geographical area less than that of all <br />Participating States. Identify at least one State. If a Proposer elects to submit a Proposal for a single State then the <br />Proposer will be willing to supply the entire State. The option to grow the business to other States may be allowed <br />upon approval of the WSCA-NASPO Management Board. <br />The proposer will be evaluated on the same criteria as all other vendors and referred to the identified State for <br />consideration of a Master Agreement. <br /> <br />YES NO <br /> <br />15 <br />MASTER AGREEMENT TERMINATION. Upon termination or expiration of the Master Agreement awarded from this <br />RFP the following will occur: <br /> All websites, on-line offering systems and Electronic Catalog functions supported and/or available as part of <br />the Master Agreement will cease and be removed from public viewing access without redirecting to another <br />website. <br /> If approved by the Lead State, Customer data/user accounts acquired during the term of the Master <br />Agreement shall be destroyed or returned to the State at the request of the Participating State’s administrator <br />unless required to maintain per audit. <br /> No references to the Master Agreement shall be made on the Contract Vendor’s commercial website without <br />permission by the Lead State. <br /> If approved by the Lead State, hard copy catalogs and promotional literature shall be destroyed or returned to <br />the Participating State at the end of the Master Agreement term upon the request of the Participating State. <br /> <br />YES NO <br />16 <br />PREMIUM SAVINGS PACKAGE PROGRAM. Contract Vendors who participate in the PSP program commit to <br />maintain and upgrade (keep pace with the advance of technology) the standard configurations for a stated period of <br />time or intervals, as determined by the Participating Entities.
