Only partners approved by the Participating State may be deployed. The <br />participating State will define the process to add and remove partners in their participating addendum. <br /> <br />If partners are proposed, describe: <br /> process to qualify partners and sales personnel to represent the product. <br /> business relationship between partners and the manufacturer and services to be performed; for example, <br />if partners will only be used for assistance in locating products/services; or if partners will be used to <br />accept orders and payments (with the agreement of the Participating State). <br /> how partners are certified <br /> how partners are contractually bound to the Master Agreement terms and conditions; and <br /> how partner sales will be accurately tracked and reported. <br /> Remedy plan if the partner or sales personnel are not in compliance. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES OVERVIEW.
