During this meeting members <br />were introduced to the Hazard Mitigation process and asked to review the 2005 and 2010 <br />Hazard Mitigation plan and if needed assign other employees to the team. <br />August – Risk Assessment Meeting: PTM were tasked with determining hazards of local <br />concern, summarizing vulnerability, and develop community engagement strategies. <br />August – December Public Outreach: PTM designed a multi-tiered outreach plan that <br />included information on the City’s website, printed information at city facilities, and a survey <br />online, and also at city facilities and events. City Emergency Services staff also presented the <br />plan at a community outreach meeting on November 19th as well as presenting information at <br />the December 7th San Leandro City Council meeting.
