City will receive and tabulate bids, review the bid forms for contract compliance, check <br />references and company financial statements and determine award for the construction contract. <br />Documentation for notice of award, notice to proceed, etc. will be provided by the City. <br />Consultant shall assist the City in review of bids received for responsiveness and completeness, <br />and for conformance with the contract documents. Upon issuance of notice of award, Consultant <br />shall prepare conformed documents to include all revisions issued via addenda during the <br />bidding period. <br /> <br />Deliverables: Preparation assistance for up to two (2) addenda, to include responses to up to <br />twenty (20) bidders’ questions <br /> <br />Schedule: Respond within 5 days of receipt of question or notice of issue with PS&E. <br /> <br />Task 10: CLOMR APPLICATION (Optional) <br />Consultant shall prepare a Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) application for the <br />Project. Consultant shall develop base maps incorporating data from the BakerAECOM <br />Floodplain Mapping TSDN for the Central San Francisco Bay Coastal Flood Hazard Study, the <br />basis for the Preliminary Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM) dated February 27, 2014. <br /> <br />An evaluation of the 2014 Study will be conducted for the appropriate transects within the <br />vicinity of the Project. Consultant shall revise the runup calculations based the Project design. <br />The calculations will then be used by Consultant to revise the FEMA Work Maps for submittal. <br /> <br />The CLOMR will include a summary of the interior drainage studies prepared for the Alameda <br />County Flood Control District’s (District) Line H pump station and any available drainage <br />reports prepared for the City. Minimal analysis will be conducted to support the City’s CLOMR <br />submittal to verify that interior drainage landside of the proposed levee will not increase flooding <br />as a result of the project. <br /> <br />In addition to the interior drainage associated with the project, the CLOMR application will need <br />to include a summary of the interior drainage associated with improvements to the north bank of <br />the Estudillo canal conducted by the District. Minimal analysis will be conducted to support the <br />City’s CLOMR submittal to verify that interior drainage landside of the adjacent canal project <br />will not increase flooding as a result of improvements. <br /> <br />The CLOMR application will by prepared along with a technical memorandum describing the <br />design criteria and maps depicting the changes to the FIRM. <br /> <br />City shall pay the CLOMR application fees. <br /> <br />Deliverables: Completed CLOMR application with technical memorandum, and revised <br />CLOMR maps. <br /> <br />Schedule: Submit application 6 weeks after completion of task 8. <br /> <br /> <br />1127
