2.3 Construction Documents: Consultant will prepare Plans, Specifications, and Estimate to the 30% <br />level of completion with elements that include: <br />a. Title Sheet <br />b. Key Map of Streets to be Rehabilitated <br />c. Roadway Reconstruction Plan and Street Profile <br />d. Cross Slopes of Proposed Streets or Cross Sections indicating Cross Slopes <br />e. Curb Ramp Type Identification based on City Standards (no fine grading) <br />f. Non -Standard Curb Ramps where design exception is needed (fine grading included) <br />g. Signage and Striping Plans <br />h. Construction Details <br />i. Construction Staging and Phasing Plans <br />j. Project Specifications (materials and methods, greenbook format) <br />k. Bid Schedule and Cost Estimate <br />2.4 Coordinate with Public Utilities in Project Area: Consultant will meet with public utility companies to <br />introduce the project and discuss potential impacts to utility infrastructure. Consultant will provide both <br />written notice and hold a meeting at the City offices describing the proposed construction schedule and <br />moratorium on future work once the paving is complete. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Final project report. <br />• One set of cost estimates submitted electronically in excel compatible files <br />• Technical specifications submitted electronically in word compatible files <br />• Four sets of full size drawings on bond paper. <br />Task 3: Construction Documents (60% PS&E) <br />3.1 Construction Documents: Consultant will update the Plans and Specifications prepared in Task 2.3 to <br />the 60% level of design. <br />3.2 Coordinate Public Utility Modification/ Relocations: Consultant will coordinate with the public <br />utilities for relocation due to the City's improvements. This includes a second meeting at the City offices to <br />discuss final coordination items detailed in the 60% submittal. <br />Deliverables: <br />• One set of cost estimates submitted electronically in excel compatible files <br />• Technical specifications submitted electronically in word compatible files <br />• Four sets of full size drawings on bond paper. <br />Task 4: Construction Documents (90% PS&E and Final) <br />Objective: Based on staff, utility, and public comments, Consultant will prepare documents for bidding and <br />construction. <br />4.1 Construction Documents: Consultant will update the Plans and Specifications prepared in Task 2.3 to <br />the 90% level of design. <br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and Last revised 06/28/2018 <br />BKF Engineers, Inc. for Annual Street Overlay/Rehabilitation 2018-19 <br />COSL Project No. 2019.0050 Exhibit A — Page 4 of 6 <br />
