Post-Implementation Training, Support and Documentation <br />After the LIMS is successfully installed and operational, the Contractor will provide <br />documentation. This will include: <br />• An updated version of the data model used to implement the LIMS, including any <br />changes that were necessary during the implementation. <br />• User guides and documentation necessary to properly use the system. <br />• Continued training, as necessary, for City staff to successfully use the system. <br /> <br />The Contractor will provide ongoing support of the system. This support will include on <br />call support to answer user questions and troubleshooting support. The proposal should <br />state how much this will cost for the first five years. <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br />• User guide <br />• Updated data model <br />• On call support as needed. <br /> <br /> <br />V. PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />Successful proposals shall include: <br /> <br />1. Contact information, including legal name and address of the proposing firm and the <br />designated contact individual’s name, address, phone number(s) and email address. <br /> <br />2. Description of the architecture and components of the solution being proposed including <br />required hardware and software. <br /> <br />3. Completed Attachment F detailing the software features available. <br /> <br />4. A proposed Scope of Services and implementation plan. This should be based on the <br />Scope of Services in Section IV but should contain additional details. <br /> <br />5. Proposed Innovations <br /> <br />Discuss any ideas, innovative approaches, or specific new concepts included in the <br />Proposal that would provide benefit to the City. <br /> <br />2263
