Schedule approval of hiring additional police staff and providing for <br />required equipment, as outlined in the Police Chief's report, and as <br />discussed by the City Manager. <br />C. Establish a City Council ad hoc committee to address funding for Police <br />Department staffing and City facilities and infrastructure. <br />3. Shoreline -Marina Committee Meeting of February 26, 2008. <br />Recommendation for City Council Consideration: <br />a. Schedule a Work Session in March on harbor dredging. <br />b. Schedule approval of the development team selection criteria and timeline <br />and authorization of the City Manager to enter into a consultant services <br />agreement with Keyser Marston for financial analysis of the Shoreline - <br />Marina Area development and concepts. <br />12.
