A. Presentation of the Proposed San Leandro Crossings Development at the San Leandro BART Station, a Downtown Transit -Oriented Development (TOD) Project. B. Ordinance No. 2008-009, an Ordinance Amending Section 4-5-530 of Chapter 4-5 of the San Leandro Municipal Code Relating to Ice Cream Trucks Prohibited Within Five Hundred (500) Feet of Primary or Secondary Schools (clarifies the prohibition of ice cream trucks from operating within 500 feet of a school during the school day, half hour prior to the start of the school day, and half hour following students dismissal at the end of the school day). Adopt (1413) C. Resolution Approving Amendment to Alameda County Waste Management Authority (ACWMA) Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement (approves amendment to maintain the two-thirds vote requirement for actions requiring expenditures of $500,000 or more but to allow all other actions to proceed based on a majority vote). (2047) Adopt D. Matter of Approval of a Cooperation Agreement Between the City of San Leandro and the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro Relating to the Design and Construction of the San Leandro Senior Community Center; and Award of Contract to Alten Construction, Inc. for Senior Center Phase 2 Improvements, Project No. 06-210- 18-116. • Resolution of the City Council of the City of San Leandro Approving a Cooperation Agreement Between the City of San Leandro and the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro for the Purpose of Undertaking Redevelopment Activities Within the Alameda County -City of San Leandro
