AGENDA Page 4 City of San Leandro City Council and San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Joint Meeting— November 15, 2010 Adopt • Ordinance No. 2010 -018 an Ordinance Repealing Article 8 and Reenacting Article 8 to Chapter 5 of Title VII of the San Leandro Municipal Code, Amending the State - Mandated California Building Standards Code, and Adopting by Reference the International Building Code, as Amended, Relating to Building Conservation Code (adopts relevant codes by reference). Adopt • Ordinance No. 2010 -019 an Ordinance Repealing Article 9 and Reenacting Article 9 to Chapter 5 of Title VII of the San Leandro Municipal Code, Amending the State - Mandated California Building Standards Code, and Adopting by Reference the Uniform Plumbing Code, as Amended, Relating to Plumbing Code (adopts relevant codes by reference and continues existing policy of prohibiting the use of plastic pipe in the drain waste and venting system). Adopt • Ordinance No. 2010 -020 an Ordinance Repealing Article 1 and Adding Article 1 to Chapter 3 of Title III of the San Leandro Municipal code, Amending the State - Mandated California Building Standards Code, and Adopting by Reference the International Fire Code, as Amended, Relating to Fire Code (adopts relevant codes by reference with minor structural amendments relating to updating seismic design criteria based on City's proximity to earthquake faults and corrections to the model code structural design standards). Adopt 4. PUBLIC HEARINGS —JOINT CITY COUNCIL / REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY None. 5. PUBLIC COMMENTS Public Comments are limited to 3 minutes per speaker, subject to adjustment by the Mayor. When you address the City Council, you should fill out a speaker card and submit it to the City Clerk so the order of speakers may be determined and an official record of names and addresses obtained.
