AMENDMENT OF CONSENT CALENDAR City Councilmembers or staff have an opportunity at this time to request that an item be removed from the Consent Calendar for the presentation of a staff report or other special consideration. Members of the Public may request the opportunity to address the City Council regarding items remaining on the Consent Calendar by filling out a speaker card and submitting it to the City Clerk prior to the calling of Item 7, Amendment of Consent Calendar. Items remaining on the Consent Calendar will be considered for approval under one motion. 8. CONSENT CALENDAR Consent Calendar items are considered for approval by the City Council with one single action. As described above in Item 7, Amendment of Consent Calendar, the City Council may remove items from the Consent Calendar for purposes of presentation or discussion. Members of the public who have requested to address the Council regarding items remaining on the Consent Calendar may do so for up to 3 minutes per item with a maximum of 5 minutes for all items. Items listed on the Consent Calendar are deemed to have been read by title. A. Minutes of the Meeting of November 1, 2010. B. Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro Approving an Amended and Restated Affordable Housing Regulatory Agreement and Declaration of Restrictive Covenants for the Eden Lodge Apartment Project (assists Eden Housing with the transfer of the property in order to refinance and rehabilitate the property). C. Resolution Adding §7.1.205(m) to Title 7, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro Administrative Code Relating to the Proper Use of Tennis Courts at Public Parks and Recreational Facilities (adds a regulation to the existing rules and regulations for the use of public parks and recreational facilities and provides the language for noticing the regulation at the City -owned tennis courts). D. Resolution Approving a Communications Site Lease with Clear Wireless for Construction and Maintenance of a Wireless Communications Site at the Marina Community Center (leases the site for a term of 10 years, renewable for up to 4 additional 5 -year terms). E. Resolution Approving the Non - Professional Services Agreement with Terra Renewal Services, Inc. for the Hauling and Disposal of 2,400 Tons of Biosolids (provides for the disposal of biosolids from the Water Pollution Control Plant). Cost: Not to exceed $70,752. F. Matter of Renomination of City Councilmember to Intergovernmental Agency.
