PASS TO PRINT: An Ordinance Amending Section 2 -18 -210 of the San <br />Leandro Municipal Code Relating to Emergency Communications System <br />Access Tax and Its Annual Adjustment to the Consumer Price Index (CPI) <br />(increases the tax by 1.4 %, to $2.10 per single access line, $14.71 per trunk line, <br />and $51.50 per super trunk line, effective July 1, 2011). <br />4. PASS TO PRINT: An Ordinance Amending Title 2, Chapter 13, Section 2 -13- <br />140 of the San Leandro Municipal Code to Provide for an Adjustment to the <br />Emergency Medical Services Tax (EMS Tax) Based on the Annual Consumer <br />Price Index (CPI) Increase (increases the tax by 1.4 %, from $14.75 to $14.96 per <br />benefit unit, effective July 1, 2011). <br />5. ADOPT: Resolution Adopting Taxicab Fares Pursuant to Title 6, Chapter 6 of <br />the San Leandro Municipal Code (increases the taxicab flag drop rate, mileage <br />rate, and wait fee, effective July 1, 2011). <br />6. ADOPT: Resolution Adding Title 2, Chapter 4, Section 2.4.900 of the San <br />Leandro Administrative Code Regarding Exemption from Business License <br />Requirements for Film Projects Lasting Less Than Three (3) Days (exempts <br />filming projects lasting 3 days or less and involving a total of 3 or fewer cast and <br />crew members from requiring a business license, effective July 1, 2011). <br />4.
