Cost: $75,844. <br />K. Resolution Approving Plans and Specifications and Calling for Bids for the Water <br />Pollution Control Plant [WPCP] Rehabilitation Project, Project No. 08- 593 -52 -239 <br />(restore the capacity and function of the WPCP by improving various existing facilities <br />and by adding new facilities). <br />L. Resolution Accepting the Work for the Annual Street Sealing 2009 -10, Project No. 09- <br />144-38- 007 (provides for acceptance of the work from International Surfacing Systems, <br />filing of the Notice of Completion, and release of bonds). <br />M. Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Supplemental Agreement with <br />Union Pacific Railroad Company [UPRR] to Document an Existing Sanitary Sewer <br />Pipeline Crossing Railroad Right of Way (updates records by documenting the <br />existence of the sanitary sewer pipeline crossing, which will allow for improvements, <br />updates and maintenance of the facility). <br />N. Resolution Approving Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement Granting License for a <br />Pipeline Along, In, Under, Through and Over Certain Public Streets, Ways, Alleys, and <br />Places in the City of San Leandro with SFPP L.P. (maintains all of the existing <br />requirements, adds requirements for bonding and safety, revises the fee calculation <br />method to State standards, extends the term, and updates the contact information). <br />9.
