ADOPT: Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro <br />Approving a Contractual Services Agreement with Neighborhood Solutions to <br />Administer the Owner Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program for FY 2011 -12 <br />(provides for continuation of administration of the subject program for $132,000). <br />F.
