(2972) <br />—Motion <br />B.Matter of Consideration of an Ordinance Re-Establishing the West San Leandro <br />Shuttle Business Improvement District (BID) (allows the City Council, at its <br />discretion, to reestablish a slightly modified West San Leandro Shuttle BID provided <br />less than 50% protest vote is received from the affected business owners). <br />An Ordinance Amending Title 2 of the San Leandro Municipal Code to Delete <br />Chapter 15 and to Add a New Chapter 15 Establishing the West San Leandro <br />Shuttle Business Improvement District in the City of San Leandro (provides <br />continuation of the LINKS Shuttle service until June 30, 2014).
