Reports on City Council Committees. <br />ACCEPT: Business and Housing Development Committee Meeting of May 12, <br />2011. <br />a. COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: Review and consider approval <br />of an Exclusive Negotiating Rights Agreement with OSIsoft, Inc. and a <br />Consulting Services Agreement with Tellus Ventures relating to a dark fiber <br />ring to improve broadband connectivity (listed as Action Item 10.C.). <br />2. ACCEPT: City and San Lorenzo Unified School District Liaison Committee <br />Meeting of May 19, 2011. <br />3. ACCEPT: Facilities and Transportation Committee Meeting of May 10, 2011. <br />a. COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: Approval of the AT &T <br />communications site lease amendment (approved by City Council on May <br />16, 2011). <br />b. COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: Direct staff to continue to <br />monitor Assembly Bill 57 (AB 57) and authorize the Mayor to send a letter <br />regarding the City's position if appropriate. <br />4. ACCEPT: Finance Committee Meeting of May 6, 2011. <br />5. ACCEPT: Rules and Communications Committee Meeting of May 5, 2011. <br />6. ACCEPT: Rules and Communications Committee Meeting of May 26, 2011. <br />a. COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: Approve the use of the union <br />"bug" and /or the mobile bar code on City business cards. <br />b. COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: Schedule consideration of a <br />resolution opposing legislation impeding local governments or employee <br />labor organizations from collective bargaining for employee benefits or <br />working conditions, and direct staff to send the resolution, if adopted, to the <br />Governor and San Leandro's state legislature (listed as Consent Calendar <br />Item 8.17.). <br />
