COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: Schedule consideration of an <br />amendment to Appendix D, Guidelines Regarding Council Support for or <br />Opposition to Ballot Measures, of the Councilmembers Handbook, to add <br />support for, or opposition to, legislation. <br />d. COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: Schedule consideration of an <br />amendment to Title 1, Chapter 11; and Title 10, Chapter 4; of the San <br />Leandro Administrative Code related to the Policy Governing the Use of <br />Computer Systems, E -Mail and Information Security. <br />e. COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: Schedule consideration of the <br />addition of Appendix G, Guidelines Regarding to Use of City Electronic <br />Communications, to the Councilmembers Handbook. <br />C. MOTION: Resolution Commending Supervisor Wilma Chan and the Alameda County <br />Board of Supervisors for Their Use of Measure A Funds to Support the San Leandro <br />Senior Community Center in Providing Senior Health and Wellness Programs and <br />Services (approves a ceremonial resolution of the City Council presented on June 1, <br />2011). <br />D. MOTION: Resolution Commending Robert Brannan for His Years of Service on the <br />Recreation and Parks Commission (approves a ceremonial resolution of the City <br />Council). <br />E. ADOPT: Resolution Supporting the Proposed Joining of Saint Rose and San Leandro <br />Hospitals as a District Hospital System Within Alameda County (urges Alameda <br />County and Sutter Health to work together with Saint Rose Hospital and the Eden <br />Township Healthcare District to implement the proposed system designed to preserve <br />and enhance critically needed acute care and emergency services for residents of central <br />Alameda County). <br />F. ADOPT: Resolution Opposing Legislation Impeding Local Governments or Employee <br />Labor Organizations in Collective Bargaining for Employee Benefits or Working <br />Conditions (opposes any current or future state or federal legislation that would remove <br />the rights of workers, worker organizations, and employers to bargain collectively for <br />any worker benefits, including pension benefits, or working conditions). <br />G. ADOPT: Resolution Establishing the City's Appropriation Limit for Fiscal Year 2011- <br />12 (establishes the Gann appropriation limit using data provided by the State of <br />California and the State Department of Finance, pursuant to California Government <br />Code Section 7910 and California Constitution Article XHIB). <br />H. ADOPT: Resolution Approving Plans and Specifications and Calling for Bids for the <br />Par Course Improvements Project, Project No. 10- 150 -38 -322 (provides for <br />reconstruction of the asphalt concrete pathways and replacement of the exercise <br />equipment at the Marina Park par course). <br />
